Belleville Disc Spring

A coned disc (Belleville) spring gives a lot of force in a short stack. The load–deflection curve is non-linear (Almen-Laszlo / DIN 2093). Stack discs in series to add deflection or in parallel (nested) to add force. Dims in mm, E in MPa.

Deflection s should not exceed the cone height h₀ (the disc goes flat at s = h₀).
