Limits & Fits (ISO 286)
Hole-basis system: the hole is always H (lower deviation 0); the shaft
letter + grade sets the fit. Positive clearance = gap, negative = interference. Scope: nominal ≤ 400 mm,
shafts c, d, e, f, g, h, k, n, p, s, u (e only to 120 mm). Values are ISO 286 as tabulated in Shigley
Tables A–11 and A–12.
