Psychrometrics

Give a dry-bulb temperature and any one other property and the rest of the state follows. The number that matters most is usually the dew point — it does not change when you heat or cool the air, so it tells you directly what surface temperature will start streaming with water.

Saturation pressure uses the ASHRAE formulation, with the separate over-ice branch below 0 °C — which is why a coil below freezing frosts rather than drips. Specific volume and enthalpy are per kilogram of DRY air, not per kilogram of mixture; mixing the two up is the most common psychrometric error.

Design-stage estimates. A real project needs a full load calculation to the ASHRAE/CIBSE procedure, and ventilation rates are code-mandated — check the standard and jurisdiction that apply to your building. A helper, not a substitute for engineering judgment.
